Should you wish to make a complaint:
PRACTICE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Complaints can be made by way of the suggestion/complaints form (available at the front desk) or directly or in writing to either the Practice Manager or to any of the Partners.
Complaints are handled by the Practice Manager in the first instance.
Complaints are regularly reviewed (at least on a quarterly basis) to ensure that all appropriate action has been taken by the Practice Manager and one of the partners.
