Childhood immunisation schedule

The childhood immunisation clinics are held every Wednesday between 13:30 - 15:00 with our practice nurse and our health visitor. Appointments can be made via the health visitor.

When to immunise? What is given? How it is given?
2 months Diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, anactive polio and Haemophilus influenza type B (DtaP/IPV/Hib) One injection
  Pneumococcal (PCV) One injection
3 months Diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, anactive polio and Haemophilus influenza type B (DtaP/IPV/Hib) One injection
  Meningococcal Group C (MenC) One injection
4 months Diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, anactive polio and Haemophilus influenza type B (DtaP/IPV/Hib) One injection
  Meningococcal Group C (MenC) One injection
  Pneumococcal (PCV) One injection
Around 12 months Haemophilus influenzae type B and Meningococcal Group C (HibMenC) One injection
Around 13 months Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) One injection
  Pneumococcal (PCV) One injection
